I have blonde/red hair, and am trying to minimize the impact of my light skin tone. Would White (not off-white) or Light Blue be better? Any other Suggestions?

just nothing extremely dark. the darker they are, the more contrast they’ll have with your skin tone.

I had a pair of billabong boardshorts gave to my by my cousin b/c she bougt them and ended up not being abel to fit into them by summer… so I really like the style but they are VERY expensive!! i want boardshorts not necisarily billabong only.
